Emily was most recently the Communications Manager for WebJunction where she recruited leaders and practitioners in the public library field to present webinars on topics of interest to libraryland. Emily has experience working in libraries and non-profits, both in the U.S. and in Guatemala and has done community media and communications work. Emily received her Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and a degree in Creative Writing from Kalamazoo College. In her off time, Emily likes to explore social media, play in her large kitchen garden, and take long walks through different Seattle neighborhoods.

Shawn Cardinal

As the Training Director for ReadyTalk, Shawn Cardinal is an expert in conducting and managing web seminars.  He has served as a moderator and a master of ceremonies for hundreds of events and has taught thousands of people how to create their own events.

Kami Griffiths

Originally from Minnesota, Kami has worked in Minneapolis, San Francisco, Boston, and New York. Her non-profit background includes working for Global Exchange in San Francisco as a graphic designer, for the City of New York Parks & Recreation where she managed 27 public access computing centers, and more recently joined TechSoup where she holds local and international trainings, delivers online seminars, and conducts interviews for the MaintainIT Project.
