In addition, she has played a lead role in developing new business opportunities with commercial clients as well as directed a number of strategic marketing and communications campaigns in such fields as technology, healthcare, real estate, legal, and finance. Ms. deSouza currently lives and works in Los Angeles as a consultant for several respected agencies.  She is also the President and Managing Partner of RPM Demand and its sister company, Redacted Media.
