Health Reform 101: Learn what people living with hepatitis may gain from health reform and how we can all defend it

Meeting Description:
We are approaching the one year anniversary of the Affordable Care Act being signed into law. This law has the potential to help many people living with and at risk for hepatitis B and C. However, the law continues to be under attack by many in Congress who want to repeal it and/or defund it.

This webinar will provide an overview of key provisions in the law and what they mean for our community. We will also provide tips on how you can communicate with your Members of Congress at home about the need to protect this law.

  • Anne Donnelly, Director of Health Care Policy, Project Inform
  • Rachel McLean, California Viral Adult Hepatitis Prevention Coordinator

Sponsored by Hepatitis Health Action, the Hepatitis Appropriations Partnership, the National Viral Hepatitis Roundtable, Caring Ambassadors Program, Association of Asian Pacific Community Health Organizations.
