What Keeps You Up At Night? Creating Systems to Deal with Nonprofit Challenges

Meeting Description:
Join CDS Global and The NonProfit Times for their upcoming webinar What Keeps You Up At Night? Creating Systems to Deal With Nonprofit Challenges. No matter what challenge your nonprofit is facing today, you can benefit from a long-term focus that puts systems in place to deal with issues head on in a consistent and successful manner. Whether it is scrutiny from donors and boards, donor acquisition and cultivation, operational efficiency issues, or the ever-increasing need to focus on technology; systems, plans, and roadmaps can be the key to eliminating knee-jerk reactions and/or stagnation. Let's face it; in a crisis you can't afford to wonder what your next move should be. So embrace your future and systematically plan to deal with today AND tomorrow.

Speakers Brett Ridge, Senior Solutions Manager for Nonprofits at CDS Global and Barry Spear, Vice President of Growth and Development at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital will touch on the different challenges nonprofits today face and offer insights to how and what you can implement with systems and processes to alleviate these everyday challenges.
