MindPrep Series: Part 2 - Think! Make Sense of Your Evolving Reality

Meeting Description:
Test your strategic thinking skills and make educated guesses about the future when you attend Think! Make Sense of Your Evolving Reality presented by Adaptive Strategies.

This is the second in a series of complimentary webinars to introduce savvy business executives to the Sense Response Cycle®  and make better business decisions in 2015.

Preparing for the future requires more than estimated numbers entered into a spreadsheet. Get ready to explore and thoroughly vet the following five questions:

·      What’s going on? Look into the future and consider the impact of changes in any or all of the nine sectors at the outer edge of the nested boxes.

·      What are our major challenges? Look into the future and identify cost and revenue challenges to your business model. Separate the urgent from the important.

·      What should we change? There are eleven strategic factors that will determine your future success. You can control some, influence others, and simply watch the remainder and adapt.

·      What can we change? All plans have barriers. Some are real and some are imaginary. Some are temporary and some are permanent. Some can be influenced, others not so. Know your barriers and what to do about them.

·      Will our culture reject the change? When strategy and culture disagree, culture generally wins. They need to be aligned, so both need thoughtful attention.
