In this session we’ll introduce the basics of connecting with customers online, including reaching local customers with a free business listing, search engine optimization tips to help your website be found, and an introduction to online advertising.

Stasia is a speaker for Google’s Get Your Business Online program. Her web development career began in the early 1990s; after working agency-side for 12+ years, she applied her skills and experience to education. She’s been speaking for Google since 2005, appearing at hundreds of events on Google’s behalf, training thousands of advertisers across the globe. She’s developed curriculum for online education providers like and wrote a book about AdWords published by O’Reilly Media.
Stasia has worked with a wide range of clients, including Osram Sylvania, Harvard Business School Executive Education,,, Cannondale, Air Jamaica, the National Federation of Independent Business, Psychiatric Services and TravelCenters of America. Stasia earned degrees in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
