Wes Dubay began volunteer work in high school working on low income housing. Born and raised in Texas he has worked with MIP for the last 12 years starting in the support department then moving to development, and now is assisting the sales department. His long tenure with the software gives him a strong understanding of the needs nonprofits have regarding their financials.
