Fatigue is a daily challenge for many individuals with MS. October's Live Fully, Live Well webinar focuses on tools and techniques that are useful to managing fatigue and reducing its toll on your daily life. Juliann Hanson-Zlatev, Occupational Therapist, will share a simple, comprehensive method beginning with identifying and using your own strengths.

There will also be a question and answer period with Juliann where viewers can submit questions.

This comprehensive program will be archived on the Can Do MS website: You will be able to watch it your convenience if you’re unable to attend live.

Juliann Hanson-Zlatev, OTR

Juliann Hanson-Zlatev has been an occupational therapist for 18 years.  Over the past 15 years she has specialized in neurological and neuro-degenerative diagnoses with an emphasis on stroke recovery, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease symptom management and Huntington's disease. 

Her special interest is restoring quality of movement while maximizing independence and wellness in daily activities.  This has led her to study myofascial release as a unique and holistic treatment option for many individuals. 
Juliann has worked with the Rocky Mountain MS Center for many years as consultant for their Rehabilitation Clinic and for Can Do MS for over 5 years.  Juliann currently owns a private practice in Castle Rock, Colorado and enjoys working with individuals to achieve movement and balance in their daily lives.
