GPS Webinar: Is Your Practice Exceeding Patient Expectations? How to Manage Patients for Success

Meeting Description:
Course Description: The successful management of every patient relationship requires every member of the dental team to be empowered to provide the best service possible with each patient and every time.
Each patient interaction – whether it's making the initial appointment, reviewing treatment costs, or handling failed appointments – offers the opportunity to strengthen the patient’s relationship to your practice. How effectively are you and your team engaging with patients? Are there ways you and your team can improve the patient experience?
This one-hour webinar offers participants practical tips for evaluating the patient management systems within the practice and suggestions on ways everyone in the practice can exceed patients' expectations.
This program is the second in a series of webinars based on content from the ADA’s Guidelines for Practice Success™ (GPS™) modules and recaps some of the information available in the GPS module on Managing Patients.
Objectives:  Following the program, participants will be able to:
1. Recognize how proper patient management procedures can make the practice a happier place – for patients and for the dentist and the team.
2. Implement techniques and protocols to enhance patient care.
3. Motivate everyone on the team to improve patient management and enhance the patient experience.
CE Credit: One (1) hour of continuing education (CE) credit will be provided to participants who complete at least 45 minutes of the program.
