Richard LaGow
Richard LaGow serves as the State E-rate Coordinator at the Texas Education Agency. He also works on the Classroom Connectivity Initiative and has been involved with E-rate since the beginning of the program in 1998. Over the past 20 years, Texas public schools and libraries have received just under 10 percent of all funding distributed by the program, a total of $4.925 billion. On average, Texas schools and libraries received $234,526,795 in discounts per year. 

Evan Shea
Prior to joining EducationSuperHighway, Evan worked in account management at a tech start-up. His previous experience working and volunteering in schools showed him firsthand the power of technology in the classroom. Evan’s goal is to ensure all Texas school districts have access to high-bandwidth, low-cost Internet solutions.

Greer Ahlquist
Greer has spent much of her career working to ensure that high-speed broadband reaches the communities and institutions that need it most. She believes that schools are at the top of that list, and is excited to work with Texas schools on getting the connectivity that best supports your students and teachers.
