Ready for the next open enrollment period? A new Online Resource Guide to help enroll PLWH in health insurance.

Meeting Description:

In this webinar, the ACE TA Center will train program staff on how to use a resource guide  for enrollment workers to help clients through challenging enrollment steps. The guide includes an eligibility decision tree, a health care plan selection worksheet, and a fact sheet for enrollment assisters who may be new to working with  people living with HIV.

Future webinars will provide training on a discussion guide for talking with clients about health insurance and a plain language glossary to support conversations with clients (July 24th), and a  tracking worksheet to keep track of each client’s enrollment status (July 31st).

Intended Audience:
These training webinars will be especially useful to program managers, case managers and other staff that conduct outreach, benefits counseling and enrollment activities, as well as the grantee staff that support these programs. Grantees: please share this opportunity to your subgrantee providers!
