Ms. Earley is a risk resource advisor with ProAssurance. As an attorney with the Risk Resource Department, she serves as a legal consultant for risk management issues for physicians and other healthcare providers. She contributes to ProAssurance’s publications and serves as a speaker for loss prevention and practice administration professional seminars. Ms. Earley obtained her undergraduate degree from Samford University and her law degree from Cumberland School of Law. She has a private practice background in both insurance and litigation.  Mallory is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association.
