Severe aplastic anemia is a rare and complex disease with the potential for long-term cure.  This webinar will assume a "How I Treat" approach with emphasis on practical aspects on the management of severe aplastic anemia, including diagnosis, treatment challenges, controversies and issues in transplantation.

At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Outline the diagnostic criteria for severe aplastic anemia
2. Debate the roles of immunosuppressive therapy versus transplantation in the management of severe aplastic anemia
3. Summarize the current issues related to transplantation for severe aplastic anemia
