The Weingart Foundation's FY 2019 & FY 2020 Program Plan: Updated Grant Guidelines and Strategies

Meeting Description:
We are excited to share the Weingart Foundation’s Program Plan for FY 2019 and FY 2020. In the two years since the Foundation fully committed to advancing fairness, inclusion and opportunity for all, our work has continued to evolve and deepen.

Over the next two years, we will maintain our core strategies—including our longstanding commitment to multi-year Unrestricted Operating Support. At the same time, we’re adding two new areas of special focus—the 2020 Census and youth organizing—and are developing a leadership program for movement builders. We’ve also refined our previous “equity lens” into a set of baseline criteria for all applicants.
Join us in a teleconference on Tuesday, September 18 from 10-11:30 am to walk through our updated grant guidelines and the highlights from the FY 2019 and FY 2020 Program Plan. Teleconference participants will also be able to ask questions and share feedback.
Early registration in encouraged, as space is limited.
