Priscilla C. Holland, AAP, CCM

Ms. Holland currently is the Senior Director of Healthcare & Industry Verticals for NACHA.  As Senior Director, she leads NACHA’s healthcare payments program and works on other payments and remittance information and standards projects. Previously at NACHA, Ms. Holland led NACHA’s international programs. She has over 30 years of experience in cash management, project management and product development.  Prior to joining NACHA in 1996, Ms. Holland was a Vice President and Senior Product Manager for First Interstate Bank.  She is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) and a permanent Certified Cash Manager (CCM).

 


Amy Hoelscher

Amy Hoelscher, Inside Sales & Vendor Partner Manager at the Patterson Technology Center in Effingham, Illinois is a versatile professional with 18 years of experience in the dental industry. With her understanding of the needs of the dental practice, Amy is passionate about introducing and implementing solutions that drive growth and enhance workflows. She engages with vendor partners to ensure the delivery of innovative and relevant solutions to the dental community. She has special expertise in driving market segment expansion and early service adoption, including areas such as real-time eligibility (RTE) and electronic remittance advice (ERA).

 

Amy is a member of NDEDIC, National Dental EDI Council and has also served on its board. She is also a member of OpenEdge’s Partner Advisory Board.


Brad Royer

Brad Royer has worked as the Dentrix Product Manager since November 2013 and has been with Henry Schein Practice Solutions for over 10 years. During that time he has been a leading contributor to the support, information systems, eServices development, and Dentrix Ascend development teams. Brad and his wife, Becca, have four wonderful children. Brad loves sports, books and spending time with his family.


Dr. Ronald Riggins

Dr. Ronald Riggins is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. He completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with the United States Army. Dr. Riggins practices general dentistry in Moline, Illinois.

 

Dr. Riggins is a past trustee to the Illinois State Dental Society. He is a past president of the Rock Island District Dental Society and former chairman of the Illinois State Dental Society’s Committee on Insurance. Dr. Riggins has been a member of the American Dental Association’s Council on Dental Benefit Programs since 2011. He is currently the chairman of the Council and the chairman of the Code Maintenance Committee. Dr. Riggins speaks frequently on coding and dental benefits.

 

Dr. Riggins is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society and the Rock Island District Dental Society. He is also a member of the AGD and a fellow of the American College of Dentists.

 

 

 

Steve Slaton

Steve Slaton is the Director of Product Management for CAQH. He has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare software and information technology product management, from initial development through launch to mainstream market adoption. Prior to joining CAQH, Steve served at RegEd, Inc. as Vice President of Product Management, with responsibility for the company’s compliance and risk management, licensing and registration, and education solutions. Steve also has held leadership positions at Intuit Health, Medfusion, Inc., Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, General Electric Medical Systems, and Hewlett-Packard Medical Products. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds a number of professional designations in technology.

 

 


Dennis McHugh

Dennis McHugh is the manager of the American Dental Association's Third Party Payer Advocacy and works in the Practice Institute’s Center for Dental Benefits, Coding and Quality (CDBCQ).  CDBCQ is the ADA agency responsible for promoting resources and informaton on dental benefit plans to employers and member dentists.  In addition, CDBCQ responds to requests and helps resolve problems from member dentists regarding concerns with third party payers.  He has been with the ADA for 16 years and prior to that spent 7 years working for the American Association of Orthodontists.
