Mental Health in Law Enforcement: Suicide Prevention

Meeting Description:

Join us for the third part of our Mental Health in Law Enforcement webinar series. This third part will focus on Suicide Prevention. Nobody wants to think that someone in their life may reach a point where they are thinking about suicide. But sometimes this seems like the solution to life's problems when everything starts to feel overwhelming. This webinar will discuss the causes of suicidal thoughts, how to identify if someone may be contemplating suicide, and what changes in someone's actions may identify them as acutely suicidal and in need of immediate help.

In his 4-part Mental Health in Law Enforcement Webinar Series, we will be talking with Amy Morgan, MCS, about topics such as PTSD, trauma, anxiety, burnout, and suicide.
