Meeting Description:
As a nonprofit leader, you know that in order to gain a competitive advantage in today's market, you must gain a better understanding of your donors; both as a group and as individuals. You must develop an understanding of why people give to you so that you can replicate successful marketing efforts that will result in more net donations for your organization. And you must assess who is not only a solid prospect for cultivation, but also their level of caring about your organization. But where do you start? How can you gather enough information and, in turn, analyze volumes of it with maximum effect?

The good news is that the information is all there for the taking. You just need a solid strategy surrounding the proper gathering and use of data that will help you manage your fundraising efforts in a more targeted and successful fashion as you fight to recruit, retain and cultivate donors.
Join Bev Hutney, director of innovation and research at The Stelter Company, and Kristin Runyan, CIO and VP of Product Management at CDS Global, as they share their insights into how to gather and analyze donor data today to help guide your important decisions for tomorrow.
Date: Fri, Mar 9, 2012
