Rhea Aguinaldo manages Small Business Majority's outreach and education efforts in Northern California. In this role, Rhea delivers education to small business owners on a wide range of topics, including access to capital, retirement and healthcare. She also monitors regional trends and policy impacting entrepreneurs and the self-employed, and fosters relationships with business owners, organizations and policymakers. Previously, Rhea worked at the National Asian American Coalition where she led statewide advocacy and managed technical assistance programs for minority-owned businesses in underserved communities. Rhea's passion for small business stems from her parents, entrepreneurial immigrants who each started their own business when she was young.
