Model Ordinance (and Associated Plug-ins): Tobacco Retailer Licensing, PHLP's Technical Assistance Legal Center (TALC)

Meeting Description:
This webinar will detail the benefits and policy considerations of many emerging policy options that can be “plugged-in” to a basic tobacco retailer licensing ordinance. These policy options include prohibiting sales of tobacco products near schools, restricting the individual sale of little cigars and cigarillos, limiting licenses based on density and several others.  This webinar is cosponsored by Public Health Law & Policy's Technical Assistance Legal Center (TALC) and the American Lung Association in California’s Center for Tobacco Policy & Organizing (the Center).
