Jennifer Klempay

Jennifer Klempay is the Sr. Marketing Associate for and has led marketing initiatives on behalf of state and local government partners since 2006. She has a special interest in developing metric-driven marketing plans and utilizing web analytics to measure results. Jennifer uses a variety of analytics tools to monitor and interpret the performance of applications and drives continual improvement of online customer experience.

Lisa Carrell

Prior to that, she managed the marketing communications efforts for a medical device company where she gained extensive experience in all areas of marketing. One of her primary roles at is managing the social media program and keeping current in the rapidly changing environment of social media.
