Reaching Your Happy Weight on the Hallelujah Diet

Meeting Description:
Hey! This is Melody.
I hope you are enjoying your summer. I’ve been playing tennis just about every day and sweating until I am soaking wet.
I have noticed something about myself this summer. I am competitive. When I play a sport . . . I want to win! When I lose, it makes me so mad at myself!
Lately, my husband has gotten so much better at tennis and he can beat me if I’m not careful. This has made me examine my form and follow through. Here is the deal, it is NOT how much I “want to” win, it is all about how well I execute the shot. I have noticed that very small tweaks make all the difference in a good shot and a winning shot; How I roll my wrists, how firm I plant my feet, my timing, my backswing, etc.
I believe the same theory holds true for achieving weight loss. Although willpower and “want to” are important, skillfully executing good eating habits is what matters more. Haven’t you noticed, just a few tweaks can help the pounds disappear and conversely, a few missteps, and the belt gets tight again
If you would like to get some finesse back in your eating habits, join me for the Webinar, Reaching Your Happy Weight on the Hallelujah Diet. There are no magic bullets to weight loss, but key subtle changes could put you in the winner’s court. And if you re like me . . . that’s exactly where YOU want to be!
