Roger Brooks, CTO for Applications, HP Autonomy

Roger Brooks is CTO for Applications at HP Autonomy and is responsible for driving innovations for the next generation of products.

Before joining HP, he cofounded and led startups in the information analytics and mobile data services spaces, holding numerous patents in these spaces. Approximately half of Roger’s career has been in academia where he was a theoretical particle physicist and held positions at Stanford University and M.I.T., where his last position was as associate professor of physics. Throughout his career he has applied advanced mathematics to the solution of challenging scientific and technological problems. 

He received his S.B. and Ph.D. in physics from M.I.T.
