Jim Lundy

Jim Lundy is the founder and CEO of Aragon Research. Jim also serves as Lead Analyst for sales engagement, digital transaction management, collaboration, mobile, content management, and learning. He has over 29 years of technology and management experience as a vendor, user, and analyst. Jim spent twelve years at Gartner, where he formed and led the Collaboration and Social Software Research Team and also served as lead analyst for Enterprise Content Management and Corporate Learning. Jim has extensive experience in product strategy, development, and go-to-market plans.

 

Prior to founding Aragon Research, Jim was the VP/General Manager of the Collaboration Business Unit at Saba Software. Jim also spent fifteen years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of software and hardware sales and marketing positions. Jim has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.


David Keane

David Keane is the CEO and co-founder of Bigtincan - a global provider of sales and service enablement software based in Boston. He has over 20 years of experience providing solutions to Enterprise and Consumer Customers worldwide, and has successfully started and exited international businesses.

 

His experience includes running Asian marketing for Wellfleet Communications, building the business for Xylan Corp in Australia/NZ, and running international operations for startup Kgrind. He also started and exited his own businesses Storm Networks in Singapore and Veritel Wireless in Australia. As the CEO of Bigtincan, David is taking his experience to help bring Bigtincan into a leadership position in the sales and service enablement market.
