When operating educational and research programs outside the U.S., there may be reporting obligations imposed by the Clery Act.  This webinar is intended to explore the issues that may arise outside the United States and things to consider when determining whether there is a reporting obligation for Clery purposes when operating such programs abroad.

Nancy Hamill
Nancy Greenan Hamill has been practicing law for over 20 years and wears multiple hats at the University of California Office of General Counsel.  Ms. Hamill is the Chief Campus Counsel for the University of California Santa Barbara campus and Senior Counsel in Educational Affairs in the Office of General Counsel.  Part of Ms. Hamill’s responsibilities in her Education Affairs capacity include advising the UC campuses on Clery compliance issues and generally advising the UC Education Abroad Program (UCEAP).
