Mark is VP Advisory Services for Texas based iControl ESI. A seasoned eDiscovery and trial services professional for more than three decades, Mark has a proven track record of success managing people, projects and processes across the EDRM.  In addition to authoring books on discovery and litigation support, Mark has put his expertise to use in litigation large and small involving many of the world’s largest corporations, including Halliburton, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), CVS, Hospital Corporation of America, Intel, Dow Chemical, Miller Beer, SAP, AMD, Raytheon, Georgia Pacific, Exxon, Phillip Morris, Bristol Myers, Texas Instruments and Xerox, just to name a few.  As an educator, Mark has been a conference speaker for more than 25 years and has authored a number of award-winning books, articles and white papers on Trial, Discovery and the application of technology.
