Virgene Hanna is the survey research director at the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of Alaska Anchorage. With over 35 years of research experience in Alaska, she designs and directs surveys to collect primary data on public policy issues. She also works on a range of social-policy studies, such as social determinants of health, child well-being, and impacts of energy development.
Jessica Passini is a research professional at the Institute of Social and Economic Research at the University of Alaska Anchorage with a focus on survey research and quantitative data analysis on a range of social-policy issues including child welfare, higher education program evaluation, and public health.
