Breakfast and lunch will be provided. This CLE has been approved for 5 participatory hours, which includes 0.5 Ethics hours, from the State Bar of Texas.
This all-day training will include topics designed to guide attorneys amid changing immigration policies, such as:
- Working with social workers in effective interdisciplinary teams
- Preserving a strong record for Special Immigrant Juvenile status
- Winning that "impossible" asylum case
- Representing children in a detained setting
- Self care in action
- Ethics trivia
