Daily Nuts & Seeds Part 2: Incorporating Them Into The Hallelujah Diet

Meeting Description:
Nuts and seeds and avocados are rich in nutrients, but they are also rich in fat. While we have included them in the Hallelujah Diet since the beginning, many people have been wary or unsure of eating them because of their high fat content.

In the April 2019 Hallelujah Diet webinar, we related the scientific evidence to our audience regarding the health benefits of including nuts and seeds in your daily diet.

In this webinar we will look at results. What happens when you really incorporate nuts and seeds into your daily diet?

First, we will look at the nutritional analysis of a typical day on the Hallelujah Diet with nuts and seeds. You will gain confidence not only in the adequacy but even the superiority of the Hallelujah Diet.

Second, we will go over the results from 41 people following these recommendations in real life. For 30 days they followed the recommendations for including nuts and seeds into the Hallelujah Diet. Could they do it? What was the hardest part? What was the easiest part? Will they keep doing it, or how would they modify it?

How did it affect their health? Energy level? Body weight? Sleep? How much of a change was there on their “How’s Your Health?” Score?

Third, we will give you the tools so that you, too, can experience the results that these 41 people have had in just 30 days.

What you will gain from this webinar:
  • Great clarity in understanding The Hallelujah Diet
  • Confidence in following the Hallelujah Diet
  • See the benefits of fully embracing the Hallelujah Diet
