Nuts and seeds and avocados are rich in nutrients, but they are also rich in fat. While we have included them in the Hallelujah Diet since the beginning, many people have been wary or unsure of eating them because of their high fat content.
In the April 2019 Hallelujah Diet webinar, we related the scientific evidence to our audience regarding the health benefits of including nuts and seeds in your daily diet.
In this webinar we will look at results. What happens when you really incorporate nuts and seeds into your daily diet?
