Meeting Description:
This session will provide an overview of the rules governing access to the major public benefit programs for lawful permanent residents in various states, including health coverage, nutrition assistance, and cash assistance programs.  It will clarify which programs may support fee waiver applications, and will discuss the circumstances under which benefits use is or is not relevant in applications for naturalization.
