Registration is FREE for participants from member companies of Ohio's Employee Owned Network; $50 for Non-members. Registrants will be invoiced by the OEOC.
This session will provide new ESOP participants (and those needing a refresher) on what it means to be an employee owner.

Mark Mills, Mills Potoczak, Columbus OH
Mr. Mills is vice president, co-founder and shareholder of Mills, Potoczak & Company, which was founded in January 1991. Prior to co-founding Mills, Potoczak & Company, he was a principal with Laventhol & Horwath (1987 – 1990) and worked 10 years with Price Waterhouse, now PWC (1977 – 1987).
Mark is active in the firms business advisory services practice, including providing general accounting and ownership transition advice. Mr. Mills is the ESOP trustee for four companies, including an architectural and engineering firm, a manufacturing company, an automotive parts distributor, and a production and media company. He is also the current trustee of over 25 trusts that hold life insurance settlement contracts (either through the firm, Mills, Potoczak & Company or as an individual).
