Ron Shevlin, Senior Analyst at the Aite Group, will host along with our very own Laurie McLachlan, Director of Customer Acquisition.  The report focused on 80 financial institutions, categorizing 24 as "High Performers" based on their 2009-2011 operating performance and superior return on operating capital, equity, and assets according to www.aitegroup.com.  In 2010, nearly two-thirds of these banks increased their IT spending.

Currently, Ron is a senior analyst at Aite Group where he specializes in retail banking issues including sales and marketing technologies, customer and marketing analytics, social media, customer experience and consumer behavior.

Prior to joining Aite Group, Ron was a vice president at Epsilon, where he led the database marketing firm’s financial services consulting practice. Before  Epsilon, Ron was a vice president and principal analyst at Forrester Research, heading up Forrester’s research efforts on customer loyalty, profitability and consumer channel use in the financial services industry.

Laurie has been with Andera over a year as the Director of Customer Acquisition. She specializes in customer acquisition solutions for Andera client financial institutions. Laurie joined us from PerkStreet Financial, where she served as the Chief Marketing Officer.

She has over 20 years of experience launching and growing profitable brands through integrated direct marketing. Her expertise includes marketing programs across the web, mail, television, radio and print channels on both the client and agency sides.
