The majority of new supervisors lack the basic skills they need to lead, and nearly 86% of newly-promoted managers struggle to make the transition from "doers" into leaders. By integrating a coach/mentor style new managers can be more effective, build trust more easily, and close the “doer”/leader gap more easily.
