Disability:IN is the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. Supported by corporate partners, they work to expand opportunities for people with disabilities across enterprises and empower businesses to achieve disability inclusion and equality, with the goal of advancing inclusion to the point when the organization is no longer necessary.
As the first of our two disability-focused webinars in the month of March in collaboration with The Boeing Company, this webinar will teach participants about the disability inclusion advantage and ways in which The Boeing Company has long supported Disability:IN’s work, to gain strategies for your own company no matter where you are on your disability inclusion journey. If your company is looking to better understand disability inclusion and its intersections with LGBTQ programming, this webinar is for you.

Liz Taub, Executive Vice President of Programs, Disability:IN

Liz Taub serves as the Executive Vice President of Programs for Disability:IN. Since she joined Disability:IN in 2014, the organization grew from 30 to 170 corporate partnerships and these companies have hired more than 25,000 people with disabilities. 



Liz previously worked for Walgreens Co. on its initiative to employ more people with disabilities in its retail stores. She co-created Walgreens REDI (Retail Employees with Disabilities Initiative) and expanded the program nationwide. Liz went on to serve as the Executive Director of Incline, where she focused on educating, supporting and equipping military veterans with the skills to pursue careers in technology.

Kirsten MacPherson, Senior Project Manager, The Boeing Company (Introduction)

Kirsten MacPherson is a Program Management leader within Boeing Information Technology.  Her organization provides ERP systems development and services to customers around the world. She has been with the Boeing for 30 years. Her experience has shown her over and over the practical business and relationship benefits of diversity of ideas and approaches and inclusiveness of all team members' practices, beliefs, and models. Her back ground includes experience in Facilities, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, New Airplane Development, Finance, and PMO/Business Management. Her work has always involved balancing the technical, political, and financial constraints of a project or task. Kirsten is known for her ability to manage the details while keeping the vision on the horizon.  She’s been engaged with Out & Equal since the 2003 Summit in Minneapolis and served as member of the People of Color Advisory Committee from 2010 to 2015.
