Webinar: Next Generation Leadership

Meeting Description:

The modern American workplace is marked by increased generational diversity. As many as four generations, with diverging views on work, life and the relationship between the two are currently present in the workforce.  Furthermore, millennials now make up nearly 50% of the workforce, and by 2025, they will make up 75% of it. As we’ve learned, they have very different needs from their leaders.

As such, managing a multigenerational workforce should be a key focus for employers and leaders. To fully involve and integrate every generation takes some careful consideration.

How does one effectively manage such a team? This webinar’s purpose is to help answer that question. By attending, you’ll learn:

  • Leadership styles — past, present and beyond
  • Challenges and strategies for leading each generation in the workforce
  • Next generation approaches for today’s generational melting pot

By attending this presentation, you’ll earn one credit hour each by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). All attendees of this webinar will receive a post-presentation email with a code to access your credits.
