The modern American workplace is marked by increased generational diversity. As many as four generations, with diverging views on work, life and the relationship between the two are currently present in the workforce.  Furthermore, millennials now make up nearly 50% of the workforce, and by 2025, they will make up 75% of it. As we’ve learned, they have very different needs from their leaders.

As such, managing a multigenerational workforce should be a key focus for employers and leaders. To fully involve and integrate every generation takes some careful consideration.

Laura is the national Vice President of Accounting Principals and is responsible for business strategy and brand initiatives for the company nationwide. She works closely with senior leadership and local managers to continually ensure our branches are providing the highest level of service to our clients and candidates. Throughout the years Laura has contributed as a national trainer, developed client retention strategies, new techniques for attracting top talent and represented Accounting Principals at accounting conferences and speaking engagements across the country.

Laura started her career with Accounting Principals in 2005 in the Portland market and has held the position of Division Director over sales, and Strategic Director overseeing operations and training for the West Coast. Laura has a BA degree in Journalism from University of Oregon.
