Dr. Thomas Green is an entomologist with more than years experience helping professionals successfully manage agricultural and community based pests.  Currently, he is President of the IPM Institute of North America, a non-profit he co-founded in 1998 to leverage the power of the marketplace to improve health and environment through IPM.  The Institute created and manages the Green Shield Certification program to recognize service providers and facilities which meet a high standard for IPM.

Wayne Walker - University of Florida

Wayne has 20 years of experience in pest management, including the last 11 years as Senior Pest Control Technician for the University of Florida Department of Housing and Residence Education.  For the past seven years, he has focused on finding more environmentally friendly methods of dealing with the ever expanding Bed Bug issue in college and university housing.  Under Wayne’s direction, the University of Florida Department of Housing pest management program was the first higher education program in the world to earn the Green Shield Certified designation.

Cindy Adams - Spring ISD, TX

Cindy Adams is the IPM Department Secretary for Spring ISD, as well as Secretary to the Director of Operations. She has been with the district for 14 years and has also served as a substitute teacher, bookkeeper and payroll clerk. Cindy is the contact person for the district’s SchoolDude software, which is used to help manage part of the IPM program.

Roger Young is Executive Director of Facility Masters / and the host of the Facility Masters Webcast Series.  His experience in district-wide leadership spans a career of 36+ years which includes serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance and Facilities. Roger lead the national taskforce that produced the Planning Guide for Maintaining School Facilities -- the premier source document for best practices in educational facilities management.

Roger is a past chairman of the ASBO Facilities Masters Award Program Advisory Committee, past chairman of the ASBO School Facilities Committee as well as the ASBO Information Systems Committee.

He has authored numerous articles, evaluated facility management practices, conducted professional workshops, and assisted with the planning and implementation of regional Facility Masters Conferences throughout the United States.

Justin Turner -

Justin Turner brings a different background to his role as Applications Engineer at SchoolDude. He has spent the past decade working in the radio industry as on-air talent for some of the most legendary and well-known stations in the Carolinas, including 97.5 WCOS in Columbia and 106.1 WRDU in Raleigh, in formats such as oldies, beach, top 40, country and talk.

Justin’s experience comes in handy because he is responsible for speaking to a large number of education professionals during SchoolDude’s webinars and product demonstrations.  Justin uses his communications background to make these presentations as interactive and engaging as possible.
