The Science of Infant and Toddler Sleep

Meeting Description:
If a good night's sleep (or solid daytime nap) is but a distant memory in your household, this webinar is for you.

Struggling with sleep? Sleep scientist and Isis Senior Sleep Consultant Erin Evans PhD will give parents and caregivers a better understanding of the biology behind natural sleep cycles and circadian rhythms, the significance of sleep associations and realistic sleep/nap expectations for every age and developmental stage.

Erin will teach you how to use this research-based information to develop a consistent, age-appropriate bedtime routine, create an optimal bedtime environment, solve nap issues and transitions, learn to assess night feedings as hunger vs. habit, and more.

Rather than recommending any particular sleep training approach or philosophy,  Erin provides tips for implementation that can fit within your family's parenting style.

We hope you'll join us for this free presentation, hosted by Isis Parenting and aden + anais.
