Fundamentals Webinar: Affordable Care Act Overview

Meeting Description:

In 2010, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA, “health care reform,” or “ObamaCare”) became law. Over the last three years, elements of the law have come into effect. The most significant element of the law – individuals' opportunity and eventual requirement to enroll in health insurance – began Oct. 1, 2013.  This presentation will provide an overview of the law, a brief review of the individual mandate, and perspectives employers will need to consider.
